You can reserve your room as single occupancy, and then change it to the double occupancy pricing once you make plans with a friend.   

We require all rooming details to be finalized by 1/14/2023

The main house is ocean front and extremely spacious. It is a 2 bed 2 bath with a large living room and full kitchen. The living room opens directly to the ocean and boasts a large covered patio.

​

Bedroom #1 has it's own private bathroom and a king size bed.

​

Bedroom #2 is large and spacious and will utilize the full sized bathroom that is off of the living room. 

​

This is where the main kitchen is, and where our chef will be setting up for daily breakfasts, some lunches and some dinners.

Private beach, just steps from all the bedrooms

To the right of the main house, is the pool casita, a 2 bed 1 bath with a large  kitchen. Each room has a king sized bed. 

The front patio is steps from the pool, and has a lovely outdoor kitchen set up.

The queen's suit- Considered the best room on the property! It's situated above the main house, is the most private, and has a full 360 degree view of the ocean. 

​

The best feature of the queen's suite is the large, private outdoor patio that overlooks the ocean. You will truly feel like a queen in this room with the incredible views and a king sized bed. Attached to the bedroom is a large, full sized kitchen and an extremely spacious bathroom.

-Expected additional costs for meals that are not provided is about $40-$75 max
